All products in our store are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

How you receive your files

After your purchase is completed, you will receive a download link:

• on the order confirmation page, and

• via email sent to the address used at checkout.

Delivery time

Digital files are delivered instantly (within a few minutes). Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to email delays or payment processing.

Download issues

If you don’t receive your download email, please:

1. check your spam/junk folder,

2. search your inbox for our store name, and

3. contact us at marina@digitalera-seo.com with your order number.

Shipping costs

There are no shipping charges because nothing is physically shipped.
